Deputy Manager- Contract Administration

About the role

The Contract Administration Executive is responsible for assisting CZH in managing all aspects of contract execution and compliance. This role involves supporting in adherence to contractual obligations, coordination among stakeholders, supporting in invoicing and payment collection and support in resolution of disputes.

What you'll do

• Provide support in monitoring and maintaining contract documentation, ensuring timely updates and compliance with contractual obligations
• Facilitate effective communication and cooperation among stakeholders by providing necessary updates and information
• Help manage financial transactions related to contracts, including tracking mining fees, and overseeing payment processes
• Assist in contractual obligations pertaining to documentation for invoicing and payment of bills
• Assist in identifying potential risks/opportunities and support the resolution of issues related to contract execution
