About the role

Lead end-to-end support for ECU products by investigating production, plant, customer, and warranty issues, performing failure analysis, identifying root causes, and driving effective containment, corrective, and preventive actions.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end support for ECU products by investigating production, plant, customer, and warranty issues, performing failure analysis, identifying root causes
• Serve as the primary technical interface between customers, manufacturing plants, suppliers, quality teams
• Perform ECU-level and component-level troubleshooting, including analysis of electronic circuits, PCB assemblies, schematics, manufacturing data
• Provide day-to-day production support by resolving material, process, hardware, software, and manufacturing-related issues, while improving product quality, reliability
• Lead structured problem-solving activities using methodologies such as 8D, FMEA, 5-Why, Fishbone Analysis

What you need

• 8–12 yrs of experience
• Root cause analysis
• FMEA
• APQP
• PPAP
• B.Tech or B.E.
