Deputy Manager - Equipment TCF

About the role

Responsible for the comprehensive management and technical evaluation of critical Trim, Chassis & Fittings (TCF) equipment. This includes overseeing Assembly and Intershop Conveyors, Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (ASRS), Manipulators, Engine and Rear Axle Decking Systems, along with various lifting and material-handling equipment used within the manufacturing processes.

What you'll do

• Responsible for the comprehensive management and technical evaluation of critical Trim, Chassis & Fittings (TCF) equipment
• Lead the preparation of Request for Quotation (RFQ) documentation, finalising scopes of work
• Develop, review, and maintain both Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) and Machinery Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (MFMEA) to proactively identify…
• Coordinate and manage equipment installation and commissioning activities, ensuring strict adherence to project timelines, prompt resolution of punch list items
• Work in close collaboration with suppliers and plant teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during installation and commissioning phases
