What you'll do

• Building Facilities, Snagging & Transitions
• Record snags, coordinate with Projects for rectification, and ensure timely closure
• Inspect and monitor building services including lifts, HVAC, fire systems, water supply, power supply, and civil works
• Track occupant complaints, ensure timely reporting, follow-up, and resolution
• Escalate major/minor breakdowns immediately if they impact operations
