About the role

The Business Analyst will partner with Banking/NBFC stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document opportunities for AI & RPA-led process transformation. The role will translate business needs into clear functional requirements and data requirements, support solution design with the AI & RPA team, and ensure measurable outcomes through effective testing, rollout support, and benefits tracking.

What you'll do

  • Conduct process discovery workshops with Banking/NBFC stakeholders; document AS-IS processes, pain points, controls, and handoffs
  • Identify automation and AI/GenAI opportunities; define TO-BE processes and expected benefits (TAT, productivity, error reduction, compliance)
