About the role

Process Capex invoices and supporting documents in line with defined guidelines Track and follow up on pending GR items and approvals Perform vendor reconciliations and resolve discrepancies Execute asset capitalization and AUC to asset transfers Maintain and update the Fixed Asset Register (FAR) Post entries for asset transfers, disposals, and write-offs

What you'll do

• Process Capex invoices and supporting documents in line with defined guidelines
• Track and follow up on pending GR items and approvals
• Perform vendor reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Execute asset capitalization and AUC to asset transfers
• Maintain and update the Fixed Asset Register (FAR)

• Reconciliation
• Month-end close
• Cash flow
• Internal controls
• Reporting
• Accounting
• Chartered Accountant
