Deputy Manager-HR

About the role

THF expects the Deputy Manager – Human Resources to have knowledge of various HR functions. They will be responsible for delivering on the organization’s plans on recruitment, induction, training intervention planning, data management, employee engagement, performance management and other HR activities.

What you'll do

• The individual will be responsible for pro-active sourcing, advertising, screening, scheduling interviews, reference checking for open positions
• Maintain all documentation pertaining to Recruitment, including tracking weekly recruitment metrics
• Management Information/Reporting: Recruitment MIS, Employees MIS
• Support the development and implementation of HR policies and systems
• Update policy regularly and propose further changes based on best practices in the development sector. Update HR manual from time to time as needed
