What you'll do

• Responsible for developing and executing a strong sourcing strategy to achieve business requirements on a timely basis for all Businesses, Enabling and Support Functions
• Ensure that self has a clear understanding of the relevant organizational structure and role requirement
• Work towards creating a ready and robust talent pool for deep-geography locations
• Devise innovative methods to ensure best talent supply to the Talent Acquisition team, in minimum time
• Spearhead mass-recruitment through walk-ins, recruitment drives, job fairs by leveraging Job Portals and Social Media

What you need
