Deputy Manager

About the role

As an Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Coordinator based at the Head Office (HO), you will play a crucial role in facilitating the smooth and efficient functioning of multiple project sites by coordinating routine O&M activities, managing breakdowns, handling handover-takeover (HOTO) processes, overseeing vendor relationships, liaising with various departments, addressing client queries, and preparing management information system (MIS) reports.

What you'll do

• Liaise with site in-charges to schedule and coordinate routine maintenance activities, including inspections, servicing, and repairs, across all project sites
• Act as a central point of contact for reporting and managing breakdowns or emergencies, ensuring timely resolution and minimal downtime
• Maintain records of O&M activities, including work orders, maintenance logs, and equipment performance data
• Facilitate smooth handover and takeover (HOTO) processes between project development teams and O&M teams for newly commissioned sites
• Ensure all relevant documentation, manuals, and training materials are provided to O&M teams for effective site management post-commissioning
