Deputy Manager - Learning

About the role

This role will be responsible for driving the end-to-end operations of the Learning function, ensuring seamless execution of learning initiatives, governance, reporting, and stakeholder coordination across the organization. The incumbent will work closely with business leaders, HR teams and external partners to execute learning programs, maintain operational excellence, track key learning metrics, and continuously improve learning processes.

What you'll do

• Drive the end-to-end execution of learning interventions, including planning, scheduling, participant nominations, communication, logistics
• Partner with business leaders, HR Business Partners, subject matter experts and external learning partners to plan and deliver learning interventions aligned to business…
• Own the learning calendar by planning program schedules, ensuring resource availability and delivering interventions within agreed timelines
• Design and develop learning journeys, program content, facilitator guides
• Execute certification journeys, assessment processes, learning campaigns and enterprise capability initiatives to drive learner engagement and completion
