About the role

Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of the production line to achieve targeted productivity and uptime. Identify and resolve chronic/repetitive equipment and process issues through root cause analysis and corrective actions. Manage spare parts planning and inventory to ensure equipment availability and minimize downtime.

What you'll do

• Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of the production line to achieve targeted productivity and uptime
• Identify and resolve chronic/repetitive equipment and process issues through root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Manage spare parts planning and inventory to ensure equipment availability and minimize downtime
• Plan and execute Preventive Maintenance (PM) activities as per schedule
• Conduct in-depth breakdown (B/D) analysis and implement corrective and preventive measures to improve equipment reliability
