About the role

The Deputy Manager – Manufacturing Engineering will be responsible for driving end‑to‑end performance improvement. This role collaborates with all stakeholders to optimize resource utilization, implement automation and lean solutions, and enhance overall productivity. The incumbent will provide strategic MIS reporting to senior management and ensure alignment with corporate objectives while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

• Responsible for driving end‑to‑end performance improvement
• Provide strategic MIS reporting to senior management and ensure alignment with corporate objectives while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency
• Develop and execute end‑to‑end performance improvement roadmap in collaboration with cross‑functional stakeholders
• Lead lean manufacturing, automation, and continuous improvement projects to boost productivity
• Optimize resource utilization and capacity planning
