Deputy Manager - Operations

About the role

This role acts as the operational custodian of regulatory compliance within Data Operations and serves as the primary technical and operational representative for Equifax in all CIC forums, Technical Working Groups (TWGs), and Operational committees.

What you'll do

• Partner directly with Technology to modernize legacy batch data ingestion and curation pipelines into cloud-native streaming workflows within the Data Fabric
• Act as an internal data operations consultant to identify manual data-cleansing bottlenecks and implement automated schema validation, rejection-handling
• Drive end-to-end operational compliance and manage complete audit readiness for internal audits, concurrent audits, statutory reviews, and periodic regulatory inspections
• Own the resolution of operational data anomalies, audit findings, and member institution escalations by executing swift Corrective Action Plans and Root Cause analyses
