Responsible for providing strategic and functional leadership in Plant Engineering by ensuring reliability, standardization
Planning and executing preventive and breakdown maintenance through SAP EAM
Developing and optimizing maintenance strategies (PM, TBM, CBM, Predictive)
Improving maintenance practices based on RCA/RCFA learnings
Mentoring engineering teams and technicians
