About the role

In our Assurance (A&A) Team, you will work as a Procurement PMO Specialist , supporting procurement operations, process governance, performance management, and continuous improvement within the client ecosystem, with the objective of exceeding client expectations.: Track PR submissions, approval workflows, pending requisitions, and PO creation timelines.

What you'll do

• Monitor and govern the end-to-end Purchase Requisition to Purchase Order (PR to PO) process
• Track PR submissions, approval workflows, pending requisitions, and PO creation timelines
• Ensure adherence to procurement policies, approval matrices, process controls, and defined service-level agreements (SLAs)
• Drive timely conversion of approved PRs into POs through effective coordination with procurement, business stakeholders, finance, and other relevant teams
• Develop and maintain procurement dashboards, operational reports, and performance scorecards
