About the role

Handle the Operations related activities of the PRODUCT portfolio including repayment schedule regeneration post receipt from escrow accounts. Ensure adherence to all statutory and regulatory compliances by checking of all the files and ensuring the data is complete and relevant Handling MIS Reports publishing and ensuring net of TDS activities

What you'll do

• Handle the Operations related activities of the PRODUCT portfolio including repayment schedule regeneration post receipt from escrow accounts
• Ensure adherence to all statutory and regulatory compliances by checking of all the files and ensuring the data is complete and relevant
• Handling MIS Reports publishing and ensuring net of TDS activities
• Achieve high efficiency levels by ensuring all queries are resolved within TAT;and developing processes that will improve TAT
• Ensure customer satisfaction by handling Customer related queries and complaints with on time response as per TAT

What you need

• 2–5 yrs of experience
• Sales
• MIS reporting
• TDS
• Due diligence
• Any graduate
