Deputy Manager - Risk and Loss Mitigation

About the role

Prevents reputational losses & financial losses to company by internal/external entities indulging in fraudulent practices. Ensures optimum productivity through trigger-based intimation. Handling escalations and updating internal customer on claims assigned for investigation. Assist claims and legal team in identification & eradication of frauds.

What you'll do

• Visit to Police stations for Police complaints on weekly basis. Visit to Insured / Driver / Claimant location with vendor for verification on weekly basis
• Team Handling of 15 to 20 vendors by conducting structured review on fort-nightly basis
• Carries out fraud analytics to identify fraud prone areas and provides MIS on monthly basis
• Shares best case studies within the team to adopt best practices on monthly basis
• Designs & delivers fraud training programs to investigators for effective investigation on quarterly basis
