Role involves generating retail business from tie-ups assigned by the company. To identify and recruit new POSP/ Retail Agents from the assigned location Work area involves traveling to District Headquarters/Talukas/Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities to meet the respective channel partners for generating business – Should have own Two-Wheeler

What you'll do

• Identify and recruit new POSP/ Retail Agents from the assigned location
• Work area involves traveling to District Headquarters/Talukas/Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities to meet the
• Conduct training programs in the assigned territory and to prepare and deliver appropriate
• Negotiate/close deals and handle channel partners complaints as and when required
• Collaborate with team members/ internal departments to achieve better results
