About the role

Taking care of collection of unsecured and secured loan (NPA pool) Managing Field Collection agencies along with central team Well versed with RBI policies and collection guidelines Undertake regular & timely reviews of the Collection Agency/tele-calling team and suggest measures to increase engagement levels with customers;

What you'll do

• Taking care of collection of unsecured and secured loan (NPA pool)
• Managing Field Collection agencies along with central team
• Achieve collection targets assigned to the territory by meeting collection target assigned to individual
• Assist in filing of Police Complaints and liaising with the Police Machinery

What you need

• 3–5 yrs of experience
• Any graduate
