About the role

Lead hiring for mid-management, senior management, leadership, and niche roles across multiple functions. Build talent pipelines for critical positions and future business requirements. Act as a strategic recruitment partner to CXOs, Functional Heads, and Business Leaders. Provide market intelligence, talent trends, compensation benchmarking, and competitor insights.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with business growth objectives
• Partner with leadership teams to understand workforce requirements and create long-term hiring plans
