About the role

India, MAHARASHTRA, West, Pune, Pune Corporate Office - Mantri, Megapolis Provide end-to-end architectural leadership and governance for the database application – owning solution design, implementations, migrations and production support, and driving the innovation roadmap through in-house capability that reduces partner dependency and cost.

What you'll do

• Lead platform strategy, architecture, and governance across database and digital transformation initiatives
• Drive end-to-end deliveries, including conversions, migrations, implementations, upgrades, and post-go-live stabilisation
• Own application delivery and production support, ensuring service excellence, SLA adherence, and timely financial close processes
• Provide technical leadership for solution architecture, design reviews, complex issue resolution, and cross-functional integration
• Manage portfolio roadmap, implementation partners, budgets, vendor governance, and project delivery outcomes
