Deputy Unit Manager - B2B & Cards COE

About the role

End-to-End execution, of the Real-Time Customer-Synchronized B2B Loan Journey (O2O2O) across NTB, ETB, DIY QR, ABND, and Loan POD journeys. We are looking for an experienced candidate to lead the planning, development, delivery & implementation of B2B Offline to Online capabilities.

What you'll do

• Drive day-to-day execution of O2O2O initiatives across multiple workstreams and releases
• Maintain detailed project plans, milestone trackers, , and implementation dashboards
• Track delivery progress against committed timelines and escalate delays proactively
• Coordinate with Business, Technology, Digital Platform, Operations, Risk, and Service teams to ensure closure of pending actions
• Monitor project health, deliverables, and readiness across all participating teams
