Deputy Unit Manager - Corporate Social Responsibility

About the role

The role is responsible for driving student placements, recruiter engagement, alumni data management, and digital employer branding, primarily within the BFSI and allied service sectors. The incumbent will manage key recruiter relationships, placement drives, alumni career tracking, and LinkedIn outreach, while also supporting the development of a technology-enabled alumni placement platform.

• Ensure data accuracy, completeness and integrity through audits and validation processes
