Deputy Unit Manager - Digital Platforms and Consumer AI

About the role

To support the PO Lead in execution of App and Web digital product initiatives by managing requirement documentation, stakeholder coordination, UAT execution, defect tracking, release readiness, KPI monitoring and post-live adoption tracking to ensure timely delivery of customer-centric digital journeys and business outcomes.

What you'll do

• Prepare BRDs, user stories, process flows, screen-level requirements and acceptance criteria for assigned initiatives
• Maintain requirement trackers, dependency logs and version control for all assigned product changes
• Coordinate requirement walkthroughs with Technology, Design, Analytics, Operations, Risk and Compliance teams
• Support PO Lead in delivery of assigned App and Web product features from requirement finalization to go-live
• Track project milestones, sprint progress, open dependencies, issue closures and delivery timelines
