What you'll do

• Translate product, KYC/AML and sales-process requirements into controls
• Review sales files, consent, source attribution, disclosures and evidence
• Monitor partner and frontline adherence
• Track complaints, mis-selling indicators and repeat breaches
• Conduct thematic and sample reviews
