Deputy Unit Manager - IT

About the role

You will support AI Governance, risk assessment, compliance reviews, control testing, and regulatory alignment for AI/GenAI use cases across BFL.

What you'll do

• Work as part of the IT Compliance function for AI Governance and Compliance across BFL
• Support execution of the Annual Operating Plan for the AI Governance unit under IT leadership
• Conduct compliance reviews across AI governance, AI security, model controls, ITGC, technology controls, and functional controls
• Review AI/GenAI use cases across the lifecycle — intake, design, development, deployment, monitoring, and retirement
• Assess compliance with applicable internal policies, regulatory expectations, and responsible AI principles
