About the role
This will be new role in the organization which is required to handle OEM relationships back end processes to enable Brand EMI transactions on EDC POS Machines. This is very critical role which is required to kickstart the EDC POS Brand EMI Business. Duties and
What you'll do
- Handle OEM Relationships on an ongoing basis for Brand EMI
- Coordinating with various stakeholders internally and externally to streamline the processes and developments which will be directly related to Issuer relationships
- Working closely with Teams of various banks, handling escalations, operational, monthly reconciliations, queries etc. to ensure smooth ongoing relationship
- Help increase OEM EMI business for Issuers and Merchants
- Monthly/Quarterly reviews with OEM Teams to understand the growth, business yield and work on way forward
