Design & Estimation Expert

About the role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Design & Estimation Expert responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, technical designs, and project documentation. The role involves analyzing drawings, BOQs, specifications, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution.

What you'll do

• Review and analyze architectural, structural, and MEP drawings
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, rate analysis, and tender documents
• Conduct quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications
• Develop preliminary and detailed designs as per project requirements
• Evaluate vendor quotations and subcontractor bids

What you need

• 5–9 yrs of experience
• AutoCAD
• Mechanical engineering
• Quantity estimation
• Excel
• MEP
• B.Tech or B.E. or M.Tech
