What you'll do

• Lead and inspire design teams to deliver high-impact, strategy-driven creative work that meets and exceeds client expectations
• Collaborate with Creative Directors and peers to shape future creative vision and drive the development of bold, breakthrough ideas
• Provide constructive critique and strategic guidance to refine concepts, ensuring alignment with briefs and competitive differentiation
• Mentor and develop junior team members while partnering closely with clients and internal teams to deliver transformative, successful projects
