Design Engineer at Ingersoll Rand. Develop detailed electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, panel layouts, and bill of material.

What you'll do

• Develop detailed electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, panel layouts, and bill of material
• Design electrical control panels in accordance with project specifications, customer requirements, and applicable industry standards
• Create and maintain engineering documentation including wiring schedules, termination drawings, cable schedules, and as-built packages
• Select electrical and control components including PLCs, VFDs, relays, transformers, circuit protection devices, instrumentation, and communication hardware
• Review designs to ensure safety, reliability, serviceability, and manufacturability

What you need

• 2–5 yrs of experience
• Instrumentation
• Power systems
• Wiring
• B.Tech or B.E.

Good to have

• Lean manufacturing
• Troubleshooting
