Design Engineer

About the role

The Design Engineer – Mechanical is responsible for designing and developing industrial equipment, assemblies, and mechanical systems based on customer requirements and engineering standards.

What you'll do

• Create and maintain 3D models, assemblies, and engineering drawings using SolidWorks and AutoCAD
• Prepare detailed manufacturing drawings, fabrication drawings, machining drawings, and General Arrangement Drawings (GAD)
• Develop and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) and related engineering documentation
• Design sheet-metal, fabricated, and machined components
• Review customer specifications and translate requirements into engineering solutions

What you need

• 3–5 yrs of experience
• AutoCAD
• GD&T
• SolidWorks
• Mechanical engineering
• Fabrication
• Machining
• B.Tech or B.E.

Good to have

• 3D modelling
