About the role
Execute mechanical designs using CAD/CAM and 3D modeling software (SolidWorks or equivalent) Conduct simulations and virtual testing to refine designs Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing and product management Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively. Create and maintain technical documentation including design specifications and reports.
What you'll do
- Develop design concepts, specifications, drawings, and Bill of Materials (BOM)
- Perform stress analysis and understand mechanics of materials under static and dynamic loads
- Execute mechanical designs using CAD/CAM and 3D modeling software (SolidWorks or equivalent)
- Conduct simulations and virtual testing to refine designs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing and product management
