Design Lead - Design Verification and Validation, Creo, SolidWorks

About the role

The Design Lead will be responsible for overseeing the design process and leading the Design Verification & Validation activities using Creo and SolidWorks. The primary objective is to ensure the quality and accuracy of designs while meeting project deadlines and client requirements.

• Lead and manage the design team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs
• Conduct design verification & validation activities to ensure designs meet required specifications and standards
• Utilize creo and solidworks software to create and modify designs as needed
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to incorporate feedback and make design improvements
• Identify design issues and provide innovative solutions to enhance product performance
