About the role

Select suitable materials, seals and components considering vacuum, temperature, cleanliness and process requirements.

What you'll do

  • Design of sub-systems used in Semi deposition equipments
  • Develop conceptual and detailed mechanical designs for semiconductor deposition equipment
  • Design process chambers, vacuum enclosures, equipment frames, covers, brackets, manifolds and precision mechanical assemblies
  • Develop 3D models, manufacturing drawings, assemblies and BOMs using Creo / NX / SolidWorks
  • Perform GD&T, tolerance stack-up and interface analysis
