Design Lead

About the role

Exchange PCB design IDF files with ECAD/hardware teams and address mechanical integrity concerns. Host peer and cross-functional design reviews. Proficiency in 3D MCAD tools (Creo/NX).

What you'll do

• Collaborate with key stakeholders, to understand business objectives and work with them to integrate design thinking into software/product development
• Lead a team of designers, provide guidance, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality design solutions in alignment with the overall business goals
• Present design concepts and strategies to stakeholders and gather feedback
• Establish and maintain design standards, guidelines, and best practices
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies to drive innovation and excellence in design

What you need

• 5–9 yrs of experience
• GD&T
• Creo
• PCB design
• B.Sc or B.Tech or B.E.
