Design Lead - Sheet Metal, DFMA, Creo

About the role

The Design Lead will be responsible for overseeing Sheet Metal Design, Design for Manufacture & Assembly (DFMA), and utilizing Creo/ProE. The primary focus will be on leading the design team and ensuring efficient and effective design processes to meet project objectives.

What you'll do

• Lead and manage the design team in creating innovative and efficient sheet metal designs
• Implement design for manufacture & assembly (dfma) principles to optimize production processes
• Utilize creo/proe software for design tasks and ensure accuracy and quality of designs
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure design alignment with project requirements
• Conduct design reviews, provide feedback, and implement improvements as necessary
