About the role
End-to-End Leader for the design quality projects for refrigerator right from the idea to the implementation Responsible for the long term quality planning Collaboration with various functions to design & execute projects. Application of Technical tools: Problem solving tools like A3, 8D, Cp, CpK, FMEA etc.
What you'll do
- Tracking the quality matrix, make a yearly plan
- Responsible for the long term quality planning
- Lead the Top Mount, Bottom mount and Single door Ref Design quality program
- Generate and implement product design changes aimed at improving quality
- Drive projects using product development process as the need through cross-functional team(s)
What you need
- 7–9 yrs of experience

- B.Tech or B.E.
