About the role

We are looking for highly motivated graduates or early career professionals with an interest in quantitative finance and a background in computer science, engineering, mathematics, physics or other STEM disciplines to join our team as Desk Quant Analysts. You will work in close collaboration with Quantitative Researchers, Traders and investment teams to support a broad range of research, trading and production activities across the firm.

What you'll do

Maintain and improve trading tools, analytics, production processes and strategy configurations used by investment teams
Clean, analyze and manage large datasets used in both research and production environments
Perform live and historical monitoring of trading activities, investigate production issues, and conduct post-trade analysis and reconciliation
Work on longer-term projects aimed at improving trading infrastructure, analytics, operational efficiency, data quality and business processes
