Desktop Support Specialist – APAC at Monster Energy APAC. As a Desktop Support Analyst - APAC , you'll be the front-line force keeping our teams powered up and connected across the region.

What you'll do

• As a Desktop Support Analyst - APAC , you'll be the front-line force keeping our teams powered up and connected across the region
• Deliver hands-on and remote technical support, tackling everything from hardware and software issues to mobile devices and AV technology
• Own the end-user device lifecycle from end to end, provisioning and configuring new equipment, supporting employee onboarding
• Partnering with users, vendors, the Service Desk, and global IT teams, you'll help maintain accurate asset records in ServiceNow and deliver a seamless
• No matter where our employees are, you'll make sure they have the tools and support they need to perform at their best
