About the role

We are looking for a Dev Manager to serve as the primary owner of engineering excellence for assigned project(s). This role combines strong technical depth, critical thinking, people leadership, and operational discipline to help teams deliver secure, reliable, scalable, and maintainable software.

What you'll do

  • Proactive issue detection and prevention
  • Establish daily operational review practices for production errors, latency, saturation, failed jobs, health checks, and alerts across New Relic, Sentry
  • Proactively identify issues, anomalies, and edge cases before they become customer-facing incidents
  • Lead structured root-cause analysis for incidents and escaped defects, including what went wrong, why it was not detected earlier, the permanent fix
  • Engineering health and standards

What you need

  • 12–22 yrs of experience
