Developer Experience Strategy Manager

About the role

12 The DevEx Strategy Manager leads a team of DevOps engineers responsible for the platforms, pipelines, and infrastructure that enable fast, secure, and reliable software delivery. This role combines people leadership, technical direction, and operational excellence to scale automation, strengthen reliability, and improve the developer experience in alignment with business priorities.

What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of DevOps engineers through regular feedback, performance management, career planning, and mentoring
• Own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, container platforms, and developer tooling
• Drive adoption of infrastructure as code, configuration management, and automation to improve consistency, speed, and repeatability
• Ensure platform reliability, availability, and performance through observability, SLOs, capacity planning, and effective incident and problem management
• Embed security and compliance into delivery pipelines and platforms in partnership with security, risk, and architecture teams
