Provide L2/L3 production support and resolve incidents within agreed SLA targets
Monitor Azure services and troubleshoot workflow, messaging, API, authentication issues
Analyse Logic App runs, Service Bus messages, Application Insights logs and App Service diagnostics
Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions for recurring incidents
Support Key Vault secret/certificate rotation and other maintenance activities
