Development Manager(Quality Assurance)

About the role

Reporting to the Development Director, you will oversee QA project planning and execution with your studio partners. Collaborating with development teams and QA peers, you will coordinate project schedules, strategize tests, and manage project metrics. You will be an essential part of the knowledge transfer process and communication with the game team and partner groups.

What you'll do

• Oversee project schedules and ensure timely delivery of milestones
• Balance scope, timelines and overall project quality
• Identify and mitigate risks, manage blockers, prioritize tasks, and ensure project goals are met
• Ensure effective reporting to leadership and stakeholders
• Team Leadership and Collaboration
