What you'll do

• Work on large-scale, mission‑critical data center infrastructure company
• Engage with AI‑ready data centers , cloud ecosystems
• Develop and execute real estate expansion strategy for data center growth across India and global markets
• Lead site identification, feasibility assessment, land acquisition, and transaction structuring (purchase, lease, JV, BTS)
• Manage regulatory approvals, land due diligence, zoning, environmental clearances, and statutory compliance
