DevOps - Team Leader

About the role

Radware develops cybersecurity and application delivery solutions for physical, cloud, and software-defined data centers. We are looking for a hands-on DevOps Team Lead to manage the team responsible for our cloud infrastructure, deployment systems, and production reliability across AWS, Azure, and GCP.

What you'll do

• Manage and develop the DevOps team through hiring, onboarding, regular feedback, and career planning
• Set priorities and delivery commitments with R&D, Security, and Operations
• Lead the design and operation of highly available production environments across cloud providers and regions
• Write and review infrastructure code, make architecture decisions, and help resolve diAicult production issues
• Own CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows, including automated tests, security checks, deployment verification, and rollback
