DFT Lead Engineer

About the role

DFT Lead Engineer at Quest Global. Minimum 5 Years of DFT Experience in handling SSN, ATPG and Simulations independently and can work on Scan Insertion & MBIST Simulations with minimum support.

• ATPG Involves SA & TD Fault Models. Should be independently able to run coverage analysis and retarget from top level
