About the role

A successful DGM Accounts Receivable should have: MBA (Finance) / CA Inter / CA 6-10 years of professional experience , minimum 3 years in real estate industry (Mandatory) Proficiency in accounting software and tools. • Manage the accounts receivable function, ensuring timely invoicing and collections
• Oversee reconciliation of accounts and resolve discrepancies efficiently
• Develop and implement strategies to improve collection efficiency and reduce outstanding dues
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial data reporting
• Monitor compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
