About the role

As a Deputy General Manager (DGM) at the AI Lab, you will play a pivotal role in leading high-impact AI programs across group businesses. You will drive the development and deployment of advanced AI solutions, foster strong stakeholder partnerships, and manage a focused team of AI engineers and executives.

What you'll do

• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of AI initiatives—from business problem framing to scaled deployment
• Partner with business leaders to define priorities, scope solutions, and drive adoption
• Manage and mentor a team of AI engineers and senior executives to ensure execution quality and timely delivery
• Translate business challenges into technically feasible and measurable AI use cases
• Guide solution design, vendor evaluations, and platform/tooling choices

What you need

• 7–13 yrs of experience
• Machine learning
• MBA or B.Tech or B.E. or B.Sc or BCA or M.Tech or MCA
