Lead BIW, Structural and Sheet metal system development, ensuring domain readiness and technical excellence.

What you'll do

Own functional leadership and accountability for BIW and Structural systems engineering across 3W and 4W EV/ICE portfolios
Providing standardized, robust, and Engineering solutions across platforms
Lead BIW, Structural and Sheet metal system development, ensuring domain readiness and technical excellence
Define system architectures, design standards , DFMEA , and engineering guidelines to support platform‑led program execution
Ensure systems meet durability, NVH , ride & handling, safety, payload, thermal performance
