About the role

10 to 15 years of experience in corporate communications, internal communications, public relations, or stakeholder engagement. Demonstrated experience developing and executing strategic communication programs in multinational organizations. Experience operating within complex, matrixed environments across multiple countries.

What you'll do

• Lead communications across five countries in a global MNC
• Lead the communications agenda across five countries, ensuring alignment with regional and global business objectives
• Develop and execute integrated communication strategies across internal and external communication channels
• Drive executive and leadership communications, including strategic announcements, business updates, transformation initiatives, and organizational messaging
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on communication strategy and stakeholder engagement
